Leave No Trace
We want to immerse ourselves with the communities and lands of the world without leaving any negative impact. Ways of accomplishing this includes:
Leaving no waste or littering.
Knowing the regulations and special concerns for each area we visit.
Being culturally sensitive and respectful to all people we interact with.
Preserve the past: examine, but do not touch cultural or historic structures and artifacts.
Leave rocks, plants and other natural objects as you find them.
Observe wildlife from a distance. Do not follow or approach them.
Protect wildlife and your food by storing rations and trash securely.
Avoid wildlife during sensitive times: mating, nesting, raising young, or winter.
Giving Back To The Communities
We value giving back to communities in any way we can. Our programs will allow students to get involved with local charities and organizations and give back in any way they can.
Students will be given opportunities to volunteer with local organizations and NGO's. They can also do research before entering locations and find the right match.
If certain causes resonate with students, they are free to give donations directly or create awareness online through crowdfunding and various other platforms.
